Water
Temperature: Our
beautiful ocean continues to be just that, beautiful,
some breeze here and there, but we welcome it as it
cools the day on the water.
Air Temperature:
It has reached the 100 couple of days, but it is the
humidity that makes it feel a lot hotter.
Fishing Spots and Distance: Early
in the week, If we got to the light house we went too
far... Can we say more? Later in the week a few boats
venture North.
Off-shore Fishing:
Not too many fishermen, but those fortunate and
adventure enough got to see some of the best fishing in
a long, long time.
In-shore
Fishing: In-shore wasn't at its best due to Ivo,
the best in-shore fishing was done right in front of the
dock, Just ask our good friends from New Jersey, Mr.
Degenaro caught all of the roosters right in front of
the dock.
Bait Used: Mostly sardine and
ballyhoo, but some caballito and some mackerel were
available.
Highlight of the
Week: This
was a week as it used to be back when all of the resorts
at the East Cape just to close during the hurricane
months. With so much fish and no hurries, no boats and
not too much fishing pressures.
See you next week!!!
