Transportation Services

Transportadora 3 Hermanos nor Hotel Buenavista Beach Resort do not receive the complete information at least two weeks prior to your travel date; They will cancel the transfers with no refund. It is the responsibility of the guest to have a copy of the transfer voucher upon arriving to the airport, in case the guest doesn't both companies will not be held responsible for any extra expense related.

Hotel Activities

Massage Therapy
Cost for an hour massage is $60. A half hour is $40.
A combination of Swedish, Acupressure (Tui Na, Thailand traditional), Deep tissue, Reiki and Craneo Sacral technique to make you feel more relaxed and rejuvenate.

Salt Exfoliate

Cost for half hour is $40.

A stimulating massage using liquid soap and sea salt. Exfoliating your skin removing dead cells and leaving your skin really smooth.

ATV Rentals
Cost for ATV: $20 per hour
$50 for 3 hours
$60 for 4 hours
$100 per day (9am-5pm)
Multiple days negotiable
A fully refundable $50 deposit will be required for every ATV rented. All ATVs must be rented at reception desk. Cash is accepted only.

Jet Ski Rentals
Cost: $80 per hour per Jet Ski
A refundable $100 deposit is required for every Jet Ski rented. All Jet Skis must be rented at reception desk. Cash is accepted only.

Kayak Rentals
Cost: $15 per hour per person

Horseback Riding
Cost: $30.00 per hour per person

Snorkel Rentals
Cost: $4 per person (snorkel, mask and fins) per hour.

Internet Service is free of charge for guest.

Fishing Boats

We will add 10% tax to these prices. Tips to the crew, tackle, bait and fishing licenses are not included.


Other Fishing Services

Fishing Gear Rentals All equipment on board is $10 per person per day.

Bait Normally bought directly from bait boats, they charge $2 per each mackerel or alike, and $5 for a scoop of sardines (when available). You should consider $20-$30.00 per fishing day.

Fish Cleaning and Packing We charge 50¢ per pound to clean, filet your fish and put it in a regular freezer bag. Should you wish to have your fish packed in a vacuum-sealed bag, this will cost an additional $1.75 per pound. We charge $1.50 per pound (including the 25¢ per pound charge) to smoke your fish and pack in a regular freezer bag. To pack smoked fish in a vacuum-sealed bag will cost $4.25 (after the initial 25¢ per pound charge).

Cabo Pulmo Marine Park, Cabo Los Frailes and Punta Perico Area Dives: All costs are per person and require a two-person minimum. Cost per person: $110.

Pescadero Area Dives: All costs are per person and require a two-person minimum. Cost per person: $110.

Cerralvo Island Area Dives: All costs are per person and require a two-person minimum. Cost per person: $125.

Gordo Banks Area: All costs are per person and require a two-person minimum. Cost per person: $140.

Reservation Payments and Cancellation Policy

Form of payment: all major credit cards, checks and cash are accepted at the U.S. Reservation Office. All major credit cards, cashier’s checks and cash are accepted at the hotel.

Room deposit payment and cancellation policy: Off-season (November-March) a first night deposit is due at the time of booking reservation, full payment is payable upon check out at hotel. All cancellations must be made 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date there will be a 3% fee on all cancellations that are paid by credit card.
High season (April-October) a first night deposit is due at the time of booking reservation. Full payment is due thirty days prior to scheduled arrival date. All cancellations must be made thirty days prior to scheduled arrival date. If cancellation is made less than thirty days of scheduled arrival date the first night deposit per room will be non-refundable. There will be a 3% fee on all cancellations paid by credit card on top of any other penalties.

Tours deposit payment and cancellation policy (boat charters, diving and adventure tours): a deposit for one day of tour will be taken at the time of booking. Full payment for all days booked is required thirty days prior to scheduled arrival date. All cancellations on tours must be made fourteen days prior to scheduled arrival date, if cancellations are made less than fourteen days prior to scheduled arrival date no refund will apply.

Transportation payment policy There will be no refund on ground transfers unless cancelled fourteen days prior to arrival. There will be no refunds for no show reservations, partial reservations, group members that do not show and for early departure from hotel
