With a rich history, our Los Cabos vacation and resort dates back over 30 years. Originally built as a beachfront hacienda, it was the vacation retreat built by Mexican General Agustin Olachea. In 1976, Jesus "Chuy" Valdez leased the property. During this time, East Cape had not yet been discovered for its natural, pristine beauty. In 1981, Valdez purchased the property and began expanding the hotel. Now, the resort features a world-class restaurant, landscaped grounds with a pool and swim-up bar.
