From traditional super pangas to our deluxe 31’ Albemarle and Blackman, not only are we the largest twin-engine cruiser fleet at East Cape and we are proud of our impeccable safety record. There is no doubt that the reason why the highest rated fishing programs on the planet are frequent visitors to our location. We have hosted the prestigious Bisbee's East Cape Offshore Tournament for the past decade held at East and were honored to be selected for the 12th annual event held this year.
Hotel Buenavista’s fishing fleet consists of fully-equipped 23-foot super pangas plus diesel-powered 28-foot single engine cabin cruisers and 29- to 32-foot twin engine cabin cruisers with speeds up to 28 knots. Boats are well maintained and equipped with Penn International and Okuma fishing tackle. They’re skippered by licensed local captains and crews with a heritage of sport fishing handed down to them over the generations. Skilled in both conventional and fly fishing techniques, they are eager to share their local knowledge.
We can now offer you year-round fishing! If you cannot make visit us during our spring, summer or fall, come during our off season. We relocate our fleet at the new marina in San Jose del Cabo, where you can enjoy windless fishing during the winter months.
